To better protect your account and payment information, we've added an extra layer of security. Here's what to expect:

For most existing users:

  • Your password has not changed.
  • Your username is now your email address (instead of your previous custom username).
  • On your first login, you'll be asked to set up MFA — just choose to receive a verification code by text or email and follow the prompts. This is a one-time setup.

Didn't receive access or can't log in?

A small number of accounts could not be automatically migrated. If you're unable to sign in with your email address and existing password, please click "Register here" to re-register using a unique email address.

New users:

Click "Register here" to create your account. You'll set up MFA as part of the registration process.
